From the 6th April 2012, Insurers and Scheme Providers will need to have in place "signposting" for schemes where there is an age cap in place. The ABI have made arrangements with BIBA to take enquiries and in turn BIBA will then pass these to their panel of Brokers who have qualifying schemes – P J Hayman is of course included in this.

However, we do have our own solution in Free Spirit which has neither an upper age limit on Single Trip or Annual Multi-trip. Our current website is capped at 79 but our Free Spirit team are contactable on 0845 520 1080 (8am – 6pm Monday to Friday).

There are a number of options available for Brokers as follows:

• Access to Free Spirit using our e-commerce system
• Customer access to Free Spirit using a dedicated link/logo
• Telephone support into Free Spirit – customers would need to quote ideally your existing account number with us or a Broker name so we can attach the business to your account
• Dedicated solution – for scheme holders with large volumes of potential business we can provide a white labelled web solution with dedicated web domain and telephone number
