24-HOUR EMERGENCY MEDICAL & VEHICLE ASSISTANCE

The Cancellationplan policy provides access to first class Medical Assistance and Vehicle Breakdown services. Experienced coordinators and medical specialists are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to resolve any problems.

CANCELLATION COVER

Provides cover against unexpected and unavoidable events outside of the insured´s control. The excess applies per booking rather than per person.

‘UNEXPECTED EVENTS’ COVER INCLUDES

Travel delays over 6 hours, beaches being unfit for use due to pollution, cover if the area within 25 miles of your accommodation suffers a catastrophe or your accommodation is subject to significant nuisance for more than 48 hours.

EXCESS WAIVER

For an additional premium of £8.80 per party booking, the standard claims excess can be deleted.

UK Residents

The policy is available to residents of the United Kingdom*.

‘MASTER POLICY’ BASIS (FOR UK HOLIDAY PROVIDERS ONLY)

Cancellationplan is available on a “Master Policy” basis with the UK Holiday Provider issuing certificates (subject to FCA Regulatory status) to customers. Net premiums are quoted and a simple monthly bordereau is required detailing the number of bookings to whom cover has been provided.
