All of us understand the importance of having a flexible platform to offer the most efficient service to our clients. With the help of your feedback, we are pleased to say that this is what we have delivered.

Whether it’s the fresh new look or the extra capabilities, we are confident that, with its intuitive nature, you will be up to speed in no time. Having said that, we want you to get off to the best start so we’re on hand to help you every step of the way with:

So, what are you waiting for?

Although, please bear in mind:

• Free Spirit is the first product on the new system – other products will be moved over in the coming weeks
• We are not able to move over existing quotes or renewals to the new system
• Any existing quotes still outstanding will need to be re-entered into the new system to proceed with cover (Please note, whilst all Free Spirit premiums have changed, in most cases the price will be lower than the original quote)
• Renewal notices will be sent from the old system for you to invite in the new system
