For travel solely within the United Kingdom (UK), there is no medical screening required.
For UK travel, there is no upper age limit, although some trip duration limits do apply on Free Spirit.
Our travel insurance policy Coach Plus specifically covers coach trips in the UK and in Europe.
Coach Plus has a standard cover level, but Free Spirit gives you 3 options so you can have a policy perfect for you.
Those taking out or named on a policy must be resident in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) the Channel Islands, or a BFPO area.
Coach Plus has no upper age limit.
Free Spirit also has no upper age limit for UK travel.
Coach Plus:
The maximum duration of any trip is 70 days. There is no annual multi-trip option for Coach Plus
Free Spirit:
The maximum single trip duration is 115 days (or 45 days if you are aged 76 years or over)
An annual multi-trip policy allows an unlimited number of trips during the term of the cover. Each trip is limited to:
Any trip in the UK must include at least 1 night of pre-booked accommodation.

Free Spirit is arranged in three cover levels: Standard, Super, and Super Duper. In each, cover is structured in sections A to O. Section N is an additional level of Winter Sports cover, available as an option and subject to an additional premium.
