Peter Hayman formed P J Hayman & Company Limited back in 1990. That’s over 35 years of helping people to travel, with confidence. Today, P J Hayman has grown to become a well-recognised travel insurance provider in the UK. While we did not win this award, being shortlisted was still a meaningful recognition of Peter’s remarkable career – honouring his dedication, leadership, and the positive difference he’s made to the industry and those around him.

P J Hayman was thrilled to be awarded Personal Lines Specialist Broker of the Year at the National Insurance Awards.
Although being hit by the pandemic, we followed our plan for recovery by investing in infrastructure, systems and a roots and branches review of the business. Also, we rebranded to re-energise both the business and our team.
Overall, we won the award due to our range of products and responding with tailored products for niche areas of travel insurance.
