Travel Plus is ready for the peak holiday season! Are you and your clients?
We’re pleased to share some big improvements to Travel Plus, coming on the 1st of August.
We’ve made significant increases in some cover levels on both levels of cover. We have also been able to remove excess on Premier Plus for all covers except Gadget cover.
However, due to claims inflation and increasing claims costs, premiums will increase. This will impact the Premier Plus level of cover in particular.

Enhancements to Travel Plus coming on 1st August
Premier Cover
• Personal Possessions increased from £2,000 to £2,500.
• Single Article Limit increased from £400 to £500.
• Valuables increased from £600 to £1,000.
• Personal Accident Death Benefit increased from £10k to £15k.
• Burial and Cremation costs increased from £3,500 to £5,000.
• Missed Departure / Connection increased from £750 to £1,000.
Premier Plus Cover
• Nil excess on all areas of cover except Gadget.
• Personal Possessions increased from £3,000 to £4,000.
• Single Article Limit increased from £500 to £750.
• Valuables increased from £750 to £1,500.
• Personal Accident Death, Loss of Limbs & Permanent Total Disability increased from £30k to £50k.
• Burial and Cremation costs increased from £3,500 to £5,000.
• Missed Departure / Connection increased from £1,500 to £2,500.
• Extended Journey Disruption increased from £5,000 to £10,000.
