Personal Lines Specialist Broker of the Year

P J Hayman was thrilled to be awarded Personal Lines Specialist Broker of the Year at the National Insurance Awards.

Although being hit by the pandemic, we followed our plan for recovery by investing in infrastructure, systems and a roots and branches review of the business. Also, we rebranded to re-energise both the business and our team.

Overall, we won the award due to our range of products and responding with tailored products for niche areas of travel insurance.

Personal Lines Broker of the Year

P J Hayman was delighted that our 30+ years of travel expertise had been recognised by the judges.  

After a challenging year it was our team who had helped us earn the award – Personal Lines Broker of the Year at the National Insurance Awards. We had lots of positive customer feedback. Here is an example from our winning entry:

It gave us great satisfaction that our key successes in the previous year were recognised by the judging panel, these included:

• Making further improvements to our personal and online service to brokers.
• Expanding our number of products and range of functionality on our online broker portal.
• Adding more specialist travel insurance products to our portfolio.
• Making significant improvements to existing products based on feedback from brokers.
