24 hour medical emergency and repatriation service
If urgent assistance is required, the Longstay & Backpacker 24-hour Medical Emergency and Repatriation Service is available on +44 (0) 1273 741 001.
Staff are on call 24 hours a day throughout the year. They will, when necessary, guarantee medical bills and arrange repatriation if required.

Gadget Cover
In the unfortunate event that you need to make a claim, you should contact Davies Group, the claims administrator for Gadget Cover. Please contact them as soon as reasonably possible (but ideally within 48 hours) from the discovery of the incident (or in the event of an incident occurring outside of the United Kingdom, on returning to the United Kingdom).

Emergency Assistance
If urgent assistance is required, contact tif-group assistance.
The emergency medical assistance service will ensure that medical emergency services are made available to you and will be based entirely upon medical necessity depending on your state of health.
Please remember this is not a private health insurance and be aware of excessive treatment charges. If you need simple outpatient treatment of the sort you can pay for locally, you can make your claim once you return home (you must provide valid receipts or invoices). If you are in any doubt you can call the emergency medical assistance service for help and advice.
