Wishing you a prosperous New Year
There is no doubt that 2011 was a challenging year. The Travel Industry was impacted by horrendous natural disasters; the "Arab Spring"; ongoing financial instability and of course increased unemployment and a general feeling of uncertainty as to what the future may hold!
Despite all this doom and gloom the Association of British Travel Agents report that some 4.25 million Brits are heading overseas, no doubt to escape the cold and stresses of the festive season and to put economic crises behind them at least until next year!
Here at P J Hayman and Company we have had a good year nevertheless and are looking forward to 2012, albeit there will be challenges.

Scheme Renewals - 1st January 2012
A number of schemes (listed below) renew on the 1st January 2012. New sales leaflets and policy documents are available to order and for those of you using these facilities, new supplies will be sent directly to you. 2012 PDFs are now available to download from the Scheme pages:
Longstay/Backpacker and Groups
Both these schemes have been extended to 1st February 2012. Please continue to use existing documentation until 31st January 2012. Supplies of new 2012 sales leaflets, application forms and policy wordings will be sent to you in the New Year.
